Route: A linear path that travels through different trails (GR11 and communal paths marked with yellow dots). The paths are well marked, and the route passes through terrain with few complications. Notes: We will find a water source at the start of the route at the picnic area by the Pollós River. Be cautious as you are at altitude and without vegetation; in summer, the heat and solar radiation can be strong or very strong, so you need to protect yourself. Ascent: We will leave the parking lot at Comapedrosa and go along the road to the picnic area by the Pollós River, we will climb up the path and then the forest track towards the Comapedrosa Refuge, a path marked with GR11 (white and red marks). In this section of the path, we will spend the first part inside the forest and the second part without the protection of trees. Once we reach the Collet de Comapedrosa, we will turn left to climb to the Comapedrosa Refuge; from there, we just have to walk a flat stretch to reach in front of the Estany de les Truites. Descent: On the way down, we will follow the same path as the ascent, with the option to take the last stretch through the forest and avoid the forest track.
