On this itinerary, you will climb up to 2,572 m. From the top, you can observe the entire Setúria Valley, one of the most emblematic pastoral units of the Parish. Be on the lookout for any ibex, roe deer, or muflons that live in this area! These lush and abundant landscapes are among the preferred areas for the herd that grazes in the Valls del Nord. This land is so fertile that according to legend, it was the cause of a dispute between the neighbors of Pal and Tor (or Ós de Civís, depending on who tells the story) some years ago... want to know how the dispute was resolved? Discover what the legend says at the informational totems you will find along the way. The truth is that livestock farming has shaped the landscapes of these mountains and has been the main foundation of the economy of many households in the country. A system marked by climate and altitude, in which two periods are distinguished: one in the mountains (summer and part of autumn) and the other at the bottom of the valleys (winter and spring). In this context, the arrival of summer was marked by the herding of livestock to the high mountain pastures. A day celebrated here among all the farming families with the Blessing of Setúria. Complete the Cub a Cub challenge of La Massana with the information you will find at the cubes along the path.
