To make this route we have two options: exit from the parking lot of the base of the station Ordino-Arcalís, at 1. 940 meters, or from the end of the road, to 1. 990 m. If we go for the first one, we have to go up the slopes until we connect with the mountain ski route La Coma. We will follow this route until we reach the restaurant of the Coma, where we will link with the route Pic de Peyreguils, which will take us until the return of the chairlift. From there we can easily reach the peak of Peyreguils. We can either go down the same path, or we can go to the Ponds of Tristaina.. For this second option, we'll lower the shovel from the top and go to find the channel to the left of the Cowboy Rock that will take us directly to the First Pond.. From here, we can return to the tracks up a little slope, or, if there is enough snow and the waterfall is covered, we can choose to follow the course of the river and go down directly to the dam to connect with the La Canaleta trail, which will leave us at the parking lot below
