From the buildings of Prats Sobirans, we will go up the forest track for 1.2 km and, when we reach a very closed revolt, we will leave the forest track and continue in a westward direction along the right bank of the river. We will cross the river of the Estany Plain by a footbridge and, about 100 m to the southwest, we will cross the river of the Comapedrosa by another footbridge. Then we'll climb through the woods to the top one.. 900 m. We will continue along the lobaga in a western direction, we will find the river again and continue until the Collet of Comapedrosa (2. 223 m). Turn left and, at 100 m, we will find the refuge of Comapedrosa (2. 265 m). 80 m south of the refuge is Trout Lake. We'll continue in a west-southwest direction, passing the plain of the Bassa delle Rane (2. 352 m) and, at height 2. 500 m, we will turn left gradually until the Sanfons gate (2. 578 m). Back, we have the option of flanking the slope of the sun to the Old Port (2. 492 m), down the ski slopes of Arinsal and take the Les Marrades track to the parking lot where we have the car
