From the Cubil de Grau Roig car park we will cross the chairlift departure area and head towards the restaurants. There are already signs there for the Grau Roig ski touring circuits; we will have to follow the Montmalús one, which is marked with posts painted red and white. The climb starts gently through the Colells forest until we reach a flatter area, where we will turn left, leaving the marked route, to enter the circ dels Colells. From this point we have many options: we will only have to cross a small wall to reach the first lake, and from there we can do the loop along the bottom of the circ dels Colells and return the same way. This route is ideal for snowshoeing.
