From the Grau Roig car park we will cross the chairlift departure area and head towards the restaurants. There are already signs there for the Grau Roig ski touring circuits; we will have to follow the circ d'Envalira one, which is marked with posts painted red and white. At the level of the Vodka Bar, we will leave the circuit and climb through the forest behind the bar, heading SE. We will reach a flatter area just before the wall, which we will have to cross to get to the circ dels Colells. We can tackle this steeper section from different sides, depending on the state of the snow. Once past it, we will reach the circ dels Colells, with a very gentle slope. We will continue straight to the col and from there to the left up to the pic de la Menera; for this last stretch ski crampons or even crampons may be necessary. We will descend by the same route.
