We will enter the vall d'Incles and park the vehicle depending on the snow. We will follow the road for 1.5 km from the entrance of the carretera d'Incles and reach a place called el Serradell (1,820 m). We will turn NW and climb along the right-hand side of the stream from the font dels Comellassos until we reach the edge of the forest. Here we will find the summer path and follow it NE, gaining altitude inside the bosc de la Pinosa. On leaving the forest, we will reach the planell dels Assaladors de Cabana Sorda (2,170 m). From els Assaladors we will continue 500 m to the left, heading W, until we see the ridge of the pic de les Pales de Cabana Sorda (2,681 m). We will climb it; depending on snow conditions, ski crampons or crampons and an ice axe will be necessary. On the way back, and if snow conditions allow, we can ski down the E couloir that overlooks the estany de Cabana Sorda. The couloir is long and very steep. From the Cabana Sorda hut we will descend SE (following the GRP) and, on reaching the pleta de Cabana Sorda (2,160 m), we will ski down a line of thinned-out forest (small gully) to the carretera d'Incles. We will follow it back to the vehicle.
