We'll take the track that leaves the Sorteny parking lot to the refuge, and from there we'll go straight ahead (in the E direction), looking for the best way through the forest. At the height of the river of the Serrera we have to turn to the right, in the direction of SSE, and go up the right of this river until we find the lorri at the pass of the Serrera, where the terrain softens. From here we will continue the ascent on smooth terrain, slightly separated from the slats left, which in some sectors are more than 35° and can lead to avalanches triggered both naturally and at a distance by the passage of people.. We'll continue down the valley to the foot of Meners Pass, where we'll have to look for the smoothest trail to the façade.. The last part up to the slope is a little bit more straight and, in unstable conditions, could trigger accidental flows.. In this sector, it is also common to find icy stretches, so knives or even clips may be needed.. We'll continue to progress through the facial lamppost to the summit. The descent can be done by the same ascent path, or by the SSO-oriented shovel, depending on the conditions. If descending the same as the climb, it is necessary to be careful not to enter much into the S-oriented blade that descends from the top, as it presents areas with slopes greater than 35° and a morphology that can give rise to large-sized alleys.. The other option is to go down the SO-oriented blade, which is smoother, although the first part of the descent can be delicate if conditions are unfavorable.
